After receiving your order, the processing time depends on the quantity of your items:
- Single piece: Shipped within 1-2 business days.
- 10 pieces: Shipped within 1-3 business days.
- 50+ pieces: Shipped within 1-3 business days.

We ship worldwide. Please refer to the estimated delivery times and default carriers below:

Note on Remote Areas: By default, YunExpress Logistics will hand over packages to 4PX or local postal services for remote areas and small islands in the United States and the European Union.
3. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping Thresholds
- Standard Shipping Fee: A flat rate of $5.99 (EU $7) applies to single-piece orders.
- Free Shipping: Enjoy FREE standard shipping on all orders over $30.
- Multiple Orders: If you place multiple orders at different times, shipping fees will be charged separately based on the actual weight and packaging of each distinct order.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- For EU Customers (VAT & IOSS): All prices shown on our website are exclusive of VAT/Customs duties unless stated otherwise. For orders shipped to the European Union, import VAT and customs clearance fees may be collected by the carrier upon delivery, depending on your local country's regulations.
- For Other International Orders: Buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country.
5. Express Shipping Option (FedEx)
If you need urgent delivery, you can upgrade to Express Shipping, such as FedEx or DHL:
- Delivery Time: Within 1 week globally.
- Cost: Starts at approximately $50 for a single piece. Orders weighing over 1kg will be charged based on the actual dimensional weight.
6. Force Majeure & Delays
Under normal circumstances, your package will arrive on time. However, delivery times may be extended due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Severe weather conditions, such as heavy rain or snow.
- Natural disasters.
- Customs clearance delays or inspections.
- Public holidays or peak logistics seasons, such as Black Friday or Christmas.
