Before returning any item, please email us at support@evpiercingart.com with your order number, the email used at checkout, and a clear description of the issue.
Return eligibility
Return eligibility depends on the item type, product condition, hygiene requirements, and the reason for the return request.
Items must generally be unused, unworn, clean, and in their original condition and packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, certain intimate jewelry and body jewelry items may not be eligible for return once opened, worn, or used.
Damaged, incorrect, or missing items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us within a reasonable time after delivery. Please include photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label so we can review the issue.
If the problem is confirmed, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution depending on the situation.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, worn body jewelry, intimate jewelry, opened personal-use items, final sale items, customized items, and products without original packaging may not be accepted for return.
Refunds

Return shipping
Unless the item is damaged, incorrect, or defective, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees may not be refundable.
