Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If you receive the product, the product packaging, or the product itself is damaged, please take a picture of us and send the picture to us for confirmation.You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at evbodyc@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please check your order when you receive it. If the product is defective, damaged or received the wrong product, please contact us immediately and send us a photo for confirmation. We will evaluate the problem and correct it.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain products cannot be returned, such as products that have been used for a period of time and have caused artificial damage, products that you want to return due to changes in personal preferences, products that are on special promotions, etc. If you have any questions or concerns about the product, please contact us.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you within 7 working days after receiving and checking your return and tell you whether the refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via the original payment method. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and mail the refund.
